Is it me or is the postal service in this country getting worse?

Long gone are the days when your mail would arrive with the morning paper in time for breakfast. Gone are the second post deliveries later in the morning. Now you’re lucky if you get it in the morning at all.

Our mail if delivered by our regular post lady comes at approx 14:00. However if a relief person is doing it it comes in morning at 10:00.
