Finally something all people involved in claiming charges back off their banks have been hoping for has happened. A TEST CASE!!!!!

Just a shame it isn’t covering all forms of penalty charge. Would have been handy in my court case with Mercury Telecom (not that I’m the slightest bit worried by that… their breach of contract is clear to see for anyone except Ian Burrow and his solicitors)
