For a while I’ve wished I was the genius who came up with the idea of bottling something you can get out of a tap for free, namely water, and charging a quid a bottle for it. However now they’ve taken it even further.

Our local Tesco store now stocks Diet Water. Yes it’s true. So lets examine this concept.

Water has no nutritional value whatsoever. In other words you can drink as much as you like of it without putting any weight on. So basically they are now filling bottles up with water out of a tap, marketing it as a dieting aid, charging a couple of quid a bottle and making an absolute fortune out of the idea.

Think I might go on Dragons Den and try and get funding for my latest idea of a product. Diet Air…. it’s bound to sell like mad
