Had a nice hectic weekend as we are moving from our cramped one bedroom flat to a nice big two bedroom house.

Big thanks go out to the following people

Yvonne’s Dad who helped up get most of the stuff across in a van

Yvonne’s Mum who helped packing stuff up at the old place

Karen who’s helped with moving and decorating the new place

Harry who helped us get a rather heavy wardrobe upstairs

My mum who has lent us the money for carpets and is helping with the decorating later today

So more or less the whole family has rallied round to help us. Of course there is always one exception but they have a new artificial family now and don’t need to worry themselves with their own son and grandchildren so the least said about them the better!

Many moons ago when I was sad, lonely and single (not necessarily in that order) I used to be regularly on the site Faceparty (to the extent where I had purchased their cool tools and AVS). Not been on for many moons and then I saw a post on a forum saying wtf had happened to it.

It seems to almost now be acknowledging itself as a home to very bad men who should be hit with bricks and now has this announcement from the “Queen” on it’s homepage before you can go any further

A couple of months ago we bought Kaspersky Internet Security from Amazon. And whilst it is a very good suite there is one major problem.

It is as buggy as hell and keeps causing our PC to Blue Screen of Death. Which is a bit pants.

So it’s been removed today (and amazon have been e-mailed asking for a refund as the software was not fit for purpose under the Sales of Goods Act)!
