Unfortunately you can see how people get intimidated - he better not call back - I will also be contacting Watchdog. As you'll see from my post all that's happened to me is I received unsolicited marketing from them. Thankfully I'm a bit more knowledgeable than some and knew to just bin it and make sure they never bothered me again When I complained to the ASA they stated they were aware there were still issues with this company but they were being investigated by trading standards and they suggested I contact them. I have to admit I never got round to that but I've also never had any further junk from them. As you’ll see from my post all that’s happened to me is I received unsolicited marketing from them. Thankfully I’m a bit more knowledgeable than some and knew to just bin it and make sure they never bothered me again
