Well Lloyds still haven’t satisfied the CCJ I hold against them
Anyone would think that this debt of £200 is causing them major financial difficulties which as they are a bank is more than a little worrying.
In the meantime Stuart needs a new pram which we can ill afford until Lloyds pay up. So Lloyds, you are depriving a 7 month old little boy of a pram. Or at least one with brakes that work. Shame on you!
Anyone outraged at this should write to their local branch of Lloyds TSB. Or failing that try clicking on some of the ads on this site and hope google pay enough for a new pram.

Lloyds have failed to pay me the money owing under the CCJ I have against them by the deadline ordered by the court.
Which can only mean one thing. Time to send in the bailiffs. Well tomorrow morning anyway!

Claim Reference 6XRxxxxx
Dear Sir/Madam,
Balance owing £200.32 to be paid by 4PM today
I write regarding the above referenced claim in which I received judgement against your clients to the sum of £200.32. As per the order from District Judge Turner this sum is due to be paid by 4PM today. I have not as yet received a cheque or any other indication of how your clients intend to pay this outstanding CCJ.
Should your clients fail to pay the sum by the deadline given in the order I will not hesitate in applying to the court for a warrant of execution to send bailiffs to the Lancaster Rd, Preston branch of your clients' business in order to recover the money owing to me or sufficient goods to be sold at auction to pay the balance of the CCJ. I have already prepared the warrant of execution form for filing with the court and this form will be filed at 10am on Wednesday 30th May 2007 if payment is not made as ordered. The filing of this form could add further costs onto the balance of the CCJ.
As a cheque will no longer reach me in time I will accept payment of £200.32 to be made by CHAPS same day clearing to my current bank account the details of which are:
Bank name: Yorkshire Bank
Account Name: Mr D J Thorp
Sort Code: xx-xx-xx
Account Number: xxxxxxxx
I also remind you that the CCJ also requires your clients to remove the default notice they registered in relation to my account with them. I require you to confirm with myself when this has been done.
Should you wish to discuss any aspect of your clients paying the balance of the CCJ with me please do not hesitate to call me on 07707707xxx leaving a voicemail message if there is no response.
I look forward to receiving full payment of the balance owing on the CCJ and hope I am not forced to send bailiffs to recover the money owing to myself.
Yours Sincerely
Mr D J Thorp
So Lloyds’ only hope to stop the bailiffs now is to make a same day CHAPS deposit to my current account. Cos we can all see that happening now can’t we??
