Lloyds TSB have until 4PM tomorrow to pay up the money they owe me as per the court order. If they don’t….. I’ve already got my warrant of execution form filled out ready to hand in on Wednesday should I have to.

The best news is that I can (and am) instruct the bailiffs to visit anywhere Lloyds TSB carry out business. So sending them to my local branch. I just hope I manage to get wind of when they are going as it will be fun to turn up with cameras and possibly some press to watch the show :>

Court order dropped through door today giving Lloyds TSB til 29th May 2007 to pay me £200.32.

If they don’t…. it’s bailiff time…. which could be fun!

Victory achieved against lloyds TSB today. Didn’t even have to do anything to prove my case.

Judge ordered payment of the difference between my closing overdrawn balance and the charges taken plus interest on that balance (approx £192). Also awarded travel costs of £3 and Lloyds ordered to remove the default notice against my account.
